Warranty Coverage
All bicycles and e-bikes sold by Pavan Cycles are covered under a limited manufacturer warranty, protecting you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
For Regular Cycles:
Frame: 2 Years
Mechanical Parts: 6 Months
For Electric Bicycles (E-Bikes):
Frame: 2 Years
Battery: 1 Year
Motor: 1 Year
Controller: 6 Months
Charger: 6 Months
What is Covered
Manufacturing defects in the bicycle frame and electric components.
Faults in electric systems such as motor, battery, controller, and charger under normal use.
Defective parts like brakes, drivetrain, or gears that fail due to manufacturing issues.
What is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, tubes, chain, cables, etc.)
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
Rust, corrosion, or paint fading due to environmental exposure.
Issues caused by improper maintenance, rough handling, or wrong assembly.
Use of third-party parts or accessories not recommended by Pavan Cycles.
How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these simple steps:
